BIRYANI OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS:-
  1. Biryani           1 cup
  2. Eggs               3
  3. Oil                  1 tbsp
METHOD:-
  • Beat eggs, pick and discard masalas in biryani.
  • Mix biryani in beaten eggs.
  • Heat tawa, brush oil and pour a ladleful.
  • Fry on both sides and serve with tomato sauce.
