Coconut Riatha

INGREDIENTS


  1. Coconut               1 cup
  2. Curd                     1 cup
  3. Tomato                 1
  4. Onion                   1
  5. Coriander leaves  handful
  6. Salt                      1/2 tsp
  7. Ginger                  1/4"
  8. Green Chilly        1/2
METHOD
  • Cut onion, tomato, coriander leaves.
  • Grind coconut, chilly to a smooth paste.
  • Mix all the ingredients and serve with Biryani.
