IDLY OMELETTE

Ingredients


  1. Idly                           4
  2. Onion                       2 chopped
  3. Green chilly             2 chopped
  4. Coriander leaves      handful cut
  5. Gravy                       1/4 cup
  6. Oil                            1 tbsp
  7. Eggs                         4
  8. Pepper Powder         1/4 tsp
Method
  • Heat Tawa. Smear oil. Halve idlies.
  • Arrange idlies on Tawa.
  • Beat eggs add salt, onion, chilly, gravy, coriander leaves and pepper powder.
  • Pour half of egg mixture on top of idlies.
  • Roast well and turn on the other side.
  • Again add the remaining egg mixture on top.
  • Serve with any gravy.
