Macaroni palak breakfast

Ingredients
  1. Pasta                                 1 cup
  2. Palak                                1 bunch
  3. Onion                               1
  4. Small onion                     5
  5. Tomato                            1
  6. Ginger-Garlic paste         1 tsp   
  7. Chilly powder                  1/2tsp
  8. Turmeric powder             1/4 tsp
  9. Garam masala                  1/2 tsp
  10. Salt                                   1 tsp
  11. Oil                                    2 tbsp
  12. Asafoetida                        a pinch  
Method
  • Boil pasta drain water and cool down,
  • Wash palak, cut both onion and tomato.
  • Heat oil and saute onion to golden brown.
  • Add palak,ginger-garlic paste, tomato, and close the lid.
  • Cook for 5 minutes and add asafoetida, chilly,garam masala powder.
  • Fry well and add turmeric, salt.
  • Finally add pasta and mix. Close the lid for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve with cucumber salad.
    For cucumber salad
  1. Cucumber               1
  2. Coconut scrape       1/2 cup
  3. Coriander leaves     1/2 cup
  4. Salt                          1/2 tsp
  5. Pepper powder         a pinch
Method
  • Cut cucumber add coconut, coriander, pepper, and salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients and serve.
